Area 27 offers your organization a unique opportunity to host exclusive luxury events and corporate retreat opportunities through private facility rental. Newly finished, the clubhouse offers expanding views of the entire facility from the wrap-around terrace, flexible corporate event areas and intimate classroom for group coaching.
The clubhouse has also been specifically equipped with 3 sliding glass doors to give clients the ability to bring in showcase vehicles on the second floor.
Whether you are looking for a circuit to host a corporate retreat, private testing, product media launch, product demos, content generation, HPDE purposes, off-road training or other client entertainment, Area 27’s circuit offers it all.

Second Floor Hospitality Area: Fully furnished 3,000 sq.ft. showroom with formal seating for up to 80 guests.
Wrap-Around Terrace: 2,500 sq.ft. observation terrace features several seating options and outdoor fire pit.
Classroom: 1,000 sq.ft., configurations for up to 30 guests.
Kartplex: 1.2km outdoor karting circuit with full rental fleet available.

Our team can offer recommendations for local vendors for all event aspects such as accommodation, transport, detailing, food and beverage and other local activity providers including wineries and golf courses.

Experience All Terrain
Area 27 not only offers a state-of-the-art road circuit, but Area 27 has recently developed an off-road circuit and off-road park featuring a staging area giving clients the option to showcase vehicles on all terrain.
Navigate through exciting articulation areas specifically designed to highlight off-road vehicle capabilities, excellent for both new and experienced participants.
Available as an add-on to daily private rentals or as a stand-alone rental option.

Exclusive Arrive & Drive Packages
Area 27’s Arrive & Drive experience packages offer groups a great opportunity to reserve the circuit with everything needed for a fun-fueled track day.
Host a private Motorsport Mixer for the perfect afternoon with a combination of high-performance driving on Area 27’s 4.83km circuit and wheel-to-wheel karting. Or spend the entire day behind the wheel learning from Canada’s top professional drivers with an exclusive 1-Day Area 27 Experience package.
Experience packages are all inclusive with vehicles, fuel, insurance, exclusive track use, catering, and instructor support being provided for up to 14 participants.
Larger groups are encouraged to inquire for other exclusive experience opportunities.
Kartplex Corporate Opportunities
Book the Kartplex for a private function, personal gathering, or as an additional activity for clients during an event on Area 27’s big circuit.
Kartplex offers great team building and educational packages for drivers of all experience levels.
Multi-session packages available. Minimum 15 drivers required and maximum 65.

The track provided a very technical, high speed course that really allowed us to ring out our ZL1 1LE Beast for the journalists. The elevation changes, average speed, and overall length reminded us of another similar track we use for all Camaro development – Our Milford Road Course (MRC) test track at our Proving Grounds in Milford, Michigan.
The Osoyoos area provided great accommodations to host our media guests, and the local vineyards and dining were outstanding. To hang out with the Area 27 members and staff truly made the experience an overwhelming success.
